We recommend you to come along with us during the course of the inspection. If you're a veteran home buyer it may not be as important that you're there the entire time. However, if you are new to the home buying process, we strongly encourage you to be there from start to finish. We'll not only inspect the house you're buying but we'll share with you what needs to be maintained and why. You'll get a thorough education about your new home.

Expert Building Inspection is a certified member of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and all our inspectors are individually licensed by New York State. To qualify for full membership in NACHI an inspector must submit 100 completed inspections for review, and pass an extensive examination. Continuing education and a yearly exam are required to maintain your membership. All inspections are professionally conducted in accordance with the New York State and NACHI “Standards of Practice” and “Code of Ethics”.
